Our Charges Mode only under these Projects:
Company/Centers who are interested to Service desk projects has to pay a Enrollment charges of INR 30,000/- Per Project and for Outbound or Lead generation projects INR 20,000/- Per Project at the time of RFI (Request for Information) to which MOU will made. Once the center is on-boarding then the paid enrollment charges will be intake by company as enrollment and referral charges apart client migration, service royalty or consultation charges. If the center is not getting listed or selected then of paid INR 30,000/- for Service desk projects, INR 15,000/- and of paid INR 20,000/- for Outbound or Lead generation projects INR 10,000/- will be refunded and rest will be intake by company as enrollment, client migration and referral charges.
Upon the Company/center get shortlisted and signs SLA with named direct client of outsourced project then Company/center has to pay INR 4, 00,000/- Per project as One time Annual Business Service Consultation and support charges under our OABSC’ system for Client Reference, Client Migration and business and client support services till signing SLA Tenure/12months. This charges are to be payable after making necessary deduction with enrollment charges after signing ‘SLA’ with respective Project’s Direct Client.
