Pradeep Kumar (GPK) is responsible for leading Stream's complete operations and ensuring the successful execution of Business Process Outsource as well as the Planning, Development, Delivery of Business & Services for clients and contact center performance across Client's Vendors sites and expansion of business to India from world. In addition to the experiences, GPK was awarded as the most powerful and best employee in HR Operations (when as an HR management) and Customer services (when as an CSS employee) in his worked Company for the three consecutive year.
In extended to his experience he also has knowledge as Software testing engineer (Black box and White Box testing) with working experience of for 18 months in Singapore based company and also been awarded as best employee in team training and development.
G. Pradeep Kumar received his Bachelor of Science in Computers from University of Madras affiliated college, Chennai, and MBA – HR from Anna University affiliated college, Chennai & DST (Diploma in Software Testing) specialized in Black & White Box Testing from recognized institute from Chennai.
