Greevio Techno Solutions was first operated under two management heads with certification reorganized by MCA-India as 'Private Limited' company until 2016.  Due to later difference between management heads in thoughts and business management the Greevio Techno Solutions Pvt. Ltd., lost its hold on business and also lost its Private limited certification which later let to striking off.

Later Greevio Techno Solutions re-launched its Operations by getting its certification under MSME. Now Greevio Techno Solutions is completely owned and operated by only one management head (Mr. G. Pradeep Kumar). Though the part management is same for Greevio Techno Solutions Pvt. Ltd., and Greevio Techno Solutions (MSME) that doesn't mean that all Operations/Data/Clients/Vendors/Dealers/Profit/Loss and many more carried out by Greevio Techno Solutions Pvt. Ltd., will also been carrying out by Greevio Techno Solutions (MSME).

Scam Report against Greevio Techno Solutions Pvt. Ltd. was published against on 26th August, 2015 by an unknown or unauthorized self declaring a legal advisor professional for BPO Industry. There's no mark or point of him proving himself a wrong or right guide for companies as he couldn't provide any proper guidance to companies in getting genuine project or genuine client from same industry. Even there's lot more of scam fraudulent activity post published against such unknown or unauthorized self declaring a legal advisor professional and his website by centers across world.

The same escalated communication was not properly proven by such unknown or unauthorized self declaring a legal advisor professional weather the mail was really sent from our server or our IP,  as he might have just created and posted. The said scam project was well in business successfully from our end for 24 months by 8 centers had worked earning billings.
